This week our technical specialists secured another project, for one of our clients. Heath Villas is a small two storey extension to a victorian style property in the Meon Valley.


Goss & Partners were secured in the summer of 2019 to provide a full technical appraisal for this characteristic property, in aid of drawings provided for planning by a local architect. The extension would see the addition of a further bedroom to the first floor, which cantilevered over the side to create a carport below.


We were extremely proud to work on this, and give back to our local community, being only a few minutes down the road from our studio. We look forward to seeing this project progress, and wish our clients all the best on their endeavours.


Our proposal for a bespoke development of 7 houses has gone in for planning this week. Oakwood Court is a contemporary development of 2, 3 & 4 bedroom houses located in Waltham Chase, Hampshire.


The site comprises amenities for parking, storage, green waste holding and also features oak framed carports and garages. After a rigorous pre-application stage and the footfalls of context and urban design appraisal, Goss & Partners have managed to get the full planning application submitted ahead of time, for our client.


In light of a successful planning application, work will hoped to be started on site around Autumn 2020, in a contracted bid with our lead developer Horton Barns, who are local timber frame specialists in the Hampshire area.
